Derbyshire EPCs
We are able to provide domestic EPCs for homes throughout the county of Derbyshire. Being local we can keep our travelling costs down and pass those savings onto you.
This means that we offer fully compliant energy performance certificates (epcs) from only £65 for up to 4 bedroomed property.

The EPC inspection of your property will usually take around 30 minutes and the certificate is produced within 24 hours and emailed to you and/or your Estate Agent.
EPC - FAQs
- How much does it cost to get an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC)?
- Any property type up to, and including, 4 bedrooms - £65.00 (we are not VAT registered)
- £10 per additional bedroom (non-HMO) regardless of the storey it occupies.
- A property with a loft conversion will add a further £10.00 to our charges regardless of its usage and is not included within the bedroom count as above.
- A different pricing structure for HMOs will be dependent upon the number of bedrooms and access arrangements and will be priced on an individual basis. Ring for a quote.
